Elyana is pursuing her second master’s degree in interactive telecommunication (ITP) at Tisch NYU, where beyond continuing to explore her artistic voice, she is bridging the gap between art and landscape architecture of her practice, using the language and endless possibilities that new mediums offer. She is a recipient of the 2023 Tisch Coalition IDBEA Award with her collaborators on their project and exhibition “Road to Home”. Elyana is currently exploring the narratives of memory, identity, and girlhood in Iran to create work that offers space for both reflection and empathy from the viewer.
